Welcome to Raising Little Ones
First of all we would like to thank you for all your support in the opening of Raising Little Ones! We opened our doors to the public in November 2021 and we are overwhelmed by the amount of kindness and support you have shown!

Building relationships
Since opening, our caring and nurturing team have taken the time to build relationships with the children. We welcomed lots of new faces through the doors in January and all the practitioners are enjoying getting to know the children on an individual basis. We have been dedicated to learning your child’s needs and likes to help them adjust to a new setting.
Rebecca, Claire, Lili and Orla are looking forward to welcoming you!

When the schools shut during the pandemic, Rebecca was a nanny for families in Stockbridge. She tried to bring a bit of normality to others by allowing parents to work from home, exercise or even have a hot cup of tea without having a child dangling off one leg. The pandemic was a struggle for everyone but as a parent knowing you were able to have an hour or two to yourself made the days go a little bit faster. Listening to parents struggle and worry about zoom meetings with toddlers running in to the room, Rebecca realised how work life was going to be changing and something had to be done. We all love spending time with our children but the lockdown showed everyone it’s healthy for everyone to socialise with our people, not just our families. This is where Raising Little Ones was born.
The concept.
If you are struggling with zoom calls, exercise, mental health, day to day chores, this is where we come in. Rebecca and her highly qualified team will look after your children while you get some time to yourself. We will facilitate and support child led play, go on trips to Inverleith Park and the Botanics and explore our creative side through messy play and crafts. Leave your child with us, knowing they are safe and cared for while you enjoy some you time.
