Important information you need to know
Care Inspectorate
During this month we have had a visit from the Care Inspectorate to complete our first inspection. Now that this has been completed, it would be very helpful if you could update your little ones registration form with any allergies or medical information and also upload your GP and health visitor details. Finally, we are due to update the children’s ‘all about me’ forms, so please be prepared to fill this in with one of our practitioners at your upcoming sessions.
As we are still in the early stages and this is our first inspection, we have lots to work on. We are excited to start the improvements and hope you enjoy seeing the changes we make.
End of the day feedback
Thank you to everyone who gave us your feedback on your child’s day at RLO. We are focussing on your little one having the best quality care rather than paperwork.
We will continue to use Learning Journals to tell you what the children have been up to and you will get specific verbal feedback about your Little One at the end of their session.

Sally has been working really hard with her course work and now this has all paid off and Sally has now completed her HNC in Childhood Practice. We are so happy for Sally and we hope you are too!
